Our Commitment to Exceptional Chiropractic Care.

Ensuring you get the best quality care.

Not all chiropractic degrees are the same and not all chiropractors are the same. Chiropractors who practise at Pure Health are required to have extensive educational requirements, studying for a minimum of 5 years to become a chiropractor completing the first three years alongside medicine with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Clinical chiropractic.

Each year our chiropractors complete postgraduate courses to provide up to date and high standards of care and specialise in pregnancy, paediatrics, nutrition and athletes.

Our practice is a place where you will be listened to and cared for by chiropractors who provide a high standard of care.

Our chiropractors are convenient for Amsterdam, Amsterdam Zuid, Amstelveen, Badhoevedorp and surrounding areas.

They are experienced at helping people of all ages live a healthier and therefore, happier life.

Chiropractic has been an essential part of my health care since birth. I was taken to a chiropractor as a newborn to help with my digestion and was fortunate enough to see a chiropractor regularly throughout my entire life. I grew up with and continue to live by a preventative approach to health; to take care of the body before there may be a problem, and if there is a problem, choose an option that supports the body to heal naturally and thrive.

I’ve been a chiropractor for over 14 years, the last 9 years in Amsterdam. I completed my studies at RMIT, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic, graduating with distinction. From then I furthered study to complete an advanced certification in Sacro-occipital technique, paediatric and pregnancy care.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate enough to experience many times what chiropractic can do to help people ranging from newborns to the elderly. Now, more than ever, as science reveals even greater detail about the brain and body, chiropractic is uniquely placed to support families and individuals in their health care goals.

In truth, I wish I had found Chiropractic much sooner than I did. I remember my first adjustment so clearly and from then on the crucial role it’s played in how I view health, so much so, it changed my chosen career path. Not only did it transform my chronic lower back complaints experienced in my very sporty and active upbringing but it improved my posture too and continues to serve me now. My background has developed my advocacy for movement and its positive impact on our brain health, physical health and emotional well being. It sparked my drive to fully embody and promote proactive health. I believe that “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” and is why I am so passionate about educating and empowering my patients in all phases of life. Your body has the potential to adapt, heal and cultivate healthy habits that support a balanced lifestyle and a thriving body for a more fulfilling and happy life. I’ve been working with families and athletes alike for almost 10 years, of which, the last 4 years being in the Netherlands. I completed my studies at The University of Johannesburg, South Africa with a Masters in Chiropractic, graduating with distinction. I furthered my studies by completing my International Sports Chiropractic qualification and am fundamentally trained as a diversified chiropractor. By being driven towards serving the community around me to the best of my ability I have continued to evolve my knowledge and skills over the years to provide more personalized care allowing me to incorporate techniques like SOT(SacroOcipital Technique) etc. I have observed the transformative impact chiropractic care can have on individuals across all stages of life, from infancy to old age, regardless of their circumstances. In today’s era, with advancing scientific insights into the intricacies of the brain and body, chiropractic stands out as an invaluable ally in helping families and individuals achieve their healthcare objectives.
To enhance health and wellness through the natural healing potential of chiropractic and holistic healthcare.
