Misschien is dit jouw eerste ervaring met chiropractie, of je ziet al jarenlang een chiropractor maar je hebt nog vragen. We nodigen je te allen tijde uit om deze vragen te stellen om zo volledig te begrijpen wat wij doen, hoe chiropractie je helpt en hoe jij jezelf het beste kunt helpen. Het is ons doel dat je een goed begrip hebt van jouw gezondheid en jouw lichaam, zodat je de kennis hebt om de beste gezondheidskeuzes te maken voor jezelf en de mensen om je heen.<\/p>

Wat je kunt verwachten:<\/p>

Chiropractie is een effectieve manier om je zenuwstelsel en je hele lichaam te helpen ondersteunen om beter te functioneren. Als gevolg hiervan ervaren mensen vaak geweldige resultaten in hun algehele gezondheid. We horen het vaakst dat mensen verbeteringen ervaren in hun slaap, energieniveau en spijsvertering. Daarom zien we ook vaak jonge kinderen en baby’s naar onze praktijk komen. Voor volwassenen geldt dat je in de beginfase van de behandelingen soms wat spierpijn kunt ervaren, alsof je voor het eerst een pittige training in de sportschool hebt gehad. Dit is volkomen normaal en een teken dat je lichaam begint te veranderen. Wat lichte stretching van de pijnlijke plek helpt dan aanzienlijk. De kleintjes zullen helemaal geen pijn ervaren, op geen enkel moment dat behandeld.<\/p>

Voor jouw ontspanning:<\/p>

Als je op jouw afspraak aankomt, neem dan gerust een glaasje water terwijl je wacht. Heb je kinderen, neem ze dan gerust mee naar jouw afspraak. We zien veel kinderen in onze praktijk, en met ons speelgoed en boeken zullen ze zich zeker vermaken wanneer je hier bent.\u00a0<\/p>

Uit respect voor anderen vragen wij je in de wachtruimte geen mobiele telefoongesprekken te voeren.<\/p>

Vervolg afspraken<\/u><\/p>

Je zult merken dat de afspraken meestal minder dan 10 minuten zullen duren. Chiropractie verschilt in dat opzicht van een massage- of fysiotherapiebehandeling. Tijdens de chiropractische adjustments wordt met zeer snelle bewegingen op de wervelkolom het zenuwstelsel gestimuleerd en daarom kost dit minder tijd. Het is belangrijk om 10 minuten in te plannen na je\u00a0behandeling om een stukje te lopen om zo meer beweging door je ruggengraat te krijgen.\u00a0Het extra voordeel van deze korte afspraak tijd is dat je nooit te veel tijd hoeft uit te trekken om een adjustment in te plannen, om zo vervolgens de dag weer met energie te kunnen vervolgen.<\/p>

Op onze website\u00a0www.purehealthchiropractic.nl<\/a>\u00a0bieden wij een online boekingssysteem aan waarmee je jouw afspraken kunt maken. Ook kunnen de afspraken telefonisch of per e-mail gemaakt worden. Het raadzaam om de afspraken van tevoren te boeken, zodat je de tijden krijgt die het beste bij jouw planning passen. Als een afspraak gewijzigd moet worden, vragen we je rekening te houden met de andere cli\u00ebnten binnen de praktijk en dit ten minste 24 uur van tevoren te melden.\u00a0Let op, na 3 herhaalde afzeggingen minder dan 24 uur voor de afspraak wordt een vergoeding van \u20ac 10 in rekening gebracht\u00a0die vervolgens aan een goed doel zal worden gedoneerd.<\/p>
